Venezuela violates Human Rights after the arrest of twitterers

The executive director of the Venezuelan Penal Forum, Alfredo Romero, said through his Twitter account, that the Court of Caracas reversed the order of release  twitterers, Inés González, after the November 20 demanded his immediate release, and the Bolivarian National Intelligence Service (SEBIN) refused to release stopping six days in a row, after the court ruling.

Also, Romero said that the court would now issuing an arrest warrant instead of contempt by the SEBIN, although known as «Inesita Terrible» (@inesitaterrible)  is being held.

His lawyer, posted on his twitter that counts:

«Same court that ordered the November 20 the freedom to «inesitaterrible» today ordered capture when even was released». (

«It is understood? SEBIN sixth day does not abide by court order, to liberate Ines Gonzalez. And Tribunal decides not contempt but ordered capture». (

 

Eternal waiting at the SEBIN

With just 15 days to cancel the release order, the Supreme Court, still remains in suspense to Gonzalez, who from 63 days ago is maintained detained at the headquarters of SEBIN Caracas. Judicial authorities have not expressed notice of the reasons for the measure.

Ines Gonzalez, was accused by the prosecution, then to make a comment on his twitter, after the death of a member of the National Assembly Robert Serra.
