Así quedó el camión usado en el atentado de Niza (Fotos)

El conductor del camión que atropelló y mató a decenas de personas en Niza está muerto. “La policía lo neutralizó, está muerto”, dijo el portavoz del Ministerio del Interior, Pierre-Henry Brandet, a la agencia francesa AFP.

Por otra parte, Brandet negó los rumores sobre una toma de rehenes tras el atentado. “No hay toma de rehenes”, aseguró.

En tanto, el ministro del Interior francés, Bernard Cazeneuve, se dirige a la ciudad de Niza, informaron medios franceses.

Al menos 60 personas murieron y decenas resultaron heridas en el ataque con un camión contra una multitud en Niza, donde se festejaba el feriado nacional del 14 de julio, informó hoy la cadena BFMTV en base a la Fiscalía del Estado.

El presidente francés, François Hollande, viajará desde Aviñón a París para participar en una reunión del comité de crisis. Hollande habló con el primer ministro Manuel Valls y Cazeneuve, indicó el Palacio del Elíseo.
